It has come to our attention that certain entities are illegally using the name of the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO) and falsely claiming an affiliation with our organization in connection with overseas projects involving K-CYCLE and K-BOAT.

KSPO hereby clarifies that, as of the date of this notice, it has not signed any official contracts nor granted authority to any external entity to act on behalf of KSPO regarding the export or international operation of K-CYCLE or K-BOAT.

▶ Any external activities claiming to represent or be affiliated with KSPO without our prior written approval are unauthorized and false.

▶ Such conduct is a serious violation and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.

We strongly advise all individuals, organizations, and institutions to exercise due caution when approached by any party purporting to represent KSPO or promote overseas business in its name.

All official announcements regarding partnerships or business agreements will be made exclusively via KSPO’s official website and press releases. Until such announcements are made, no party is authorized to use KSPO’s name or represent our institution in any capacity.
